Student

  • Registered students will get the same opportunities as Full delegate except for the option of registering an accompanying person
  • The option is intended for bachelor/master/PhD students under 30
  • During the registration process, the domain of the participant's e-mail address will be verified. For this, it is obligatory to use student’s e-mail address

Accompanying person

Accompanying person can only be reported during Full delegate registration. Two lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday) and coffee breaks during the conference as well as badge, conference materials and gadgets are guaranteed.

Gala Dinner

90 €

Gala Dinner consists of several dishes served under special circumstances. Occasional dress code is required. In addition to tasty dishes, an open bar with drinks will be offered. Regional styling, lighting, props, additional entertainment and entertainments are planned.

Welcome Evening

50 €

The Welcome Evening is the first opportunity to meet and talk to conference colleagues. Participants, tired from traveling, can eat and rest in the friendly and hospitable atmosphere of the hosts. There is an attractive finger food and an open bar.

Social Program

50 €

The Social Program is intended for seekers of additional sensations. Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains are one of the most beautiful parts of Europe. It is the mountain and winter capital of Poland and the oldest National Park in this region. The highest peaks of the Carpathians, beautiful traditions, folklore and a cultural melting pot. Together we will go by cable car to Kasprowy Wierch (1987 m above sea level). At the top there is the High Mountain Meteorological Observatory, i.e. the highest building in Poland

Terms and conditiones

The registration of participation is binding. Registration and payment of the registration fee is obligatory for at least one of the authors of an accepted paper. Maximum two papers per single registration will be accepted in the conference.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. It is possible to transfer the registration to a colleague as an substitute. The conference program may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

The above fees do not include VAT. In accordance with Articles 32 and 33 of the EU Council Implementing Regulation of 15.03.2011 (No. 282/2011) to Directive No. 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax should be paid in Poland. The applicable VAT rate is 23%.
